Guero was definitely one of those “pleasant surprise” purchases. I honestly knew nothing about Beck at the time, outside of the fact that I really enjoyed E-Pro.

Incredibly bizarre, yet obscenely catchy.
I first came by this song while watching through Friday Night Lights, and thought it was the sweetest thing ever.

My favourite Dr. Who episode barely featured The Doctor, but it did have this classic ELO tune.

I first came across this song about 7 years ago, on the soundtrack to a Japanese rhythm game that I imported for my DS.
The fact that Me First and the Gimme Gimmes have covered it since then, never fails to make me smile.

I don’t think there’ll ever been another rock song infused with quite as much sheer joy as this.

Thanks to some very severe rain on a bike ride, my phone’s officially dead.
On the upside, I got my old slider phone working again, and found a reminder to download this song from two years ago.

I’m still riding that post-wedding happy-dance high. Congratulations to my incredible friends and family who’ve tied the knot, and thrown two of the best parties I’ve ever been to.
